What payment methods can I use?
carolemcclellan.com accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
thru our Pay Pal portal in shopping cart.
All merchandise must be paid in full before shipping. Custom orders require a 70% deposit with the balance paid upon completion before shipping.
When will my order ship?
All orders placed before 3pm (standard eastern time) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days unless the merchandise is being custom crafted and then you will be given a delivery window.
Will my order be taxed?
Carole McClellan charges state, local and county taxes for online transactions based on shipping address and as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax. Applicable state taxes will be applied to orders shipped to Washington Sate.
What does it cost to ship my order?
The shipping is calculated at the time of purchase in shopping cart.
Will my shipment be insured?
Yes. CaroleMcClellan.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit. We require a signature for delivery, at which point responsibility for your purchases passes to you.
Will someone need to be present to sign for my order on delivery?
How do I track the status of my CaroleMcClellan.com order?
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
Can I ship my order outside the United States?
Please contact CaroleMcClellan.com and we will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.
Which countries do you ship to?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Carole McClellan. including APO / FPO addresses.
Can I check the status of my international order?
To check the status of your order or track your package, please use the tracking number given by Carole McClellan
Who should I contact with questions about my international order?
All inquiries regarding your international order should be directed to carolemcclellan.com with international inquiry in the subject line.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it is processed?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but we cannot cancel orders that have already shipped or customer orders that have started through production.
How do I return my purchase?
Returns or exchanges received after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted. Any returned or exchanged item(s) must be received in new, unused and unaltered condition with the original tags attached accompanied by the original invoice and original packaging. All SALE merchandise and custom crafted merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To make a return contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and we’ll mail you a shipping label. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment
Can I return my international order?
All orders shipped internationally are FINAL SALE. No returns or Exchanges will be accepted.
How do I exchange a purchase?
For exchanges, simply return your item and repurchase it. Please call 206-956-8484 for help with your exchange or return.
Can I return something I received as a gift?
Yes, you can return an item received as a gift unless it is custom crafted or final sale. We will gladly exchange the item(s) for an item(s) of equal or greater value only with the additional value of the new item paid in advance of shipping.
How long will it take to process my return or exchange?
We’ll complete the transaction within 7-10 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

Do you provide Gift boxes or Gift Wrapping?
We provide complementary gift boxes and ribbon on orders placed online or with our Personal Shopper, indicated as “gift” at time of purchase. All Furs and Leathers come with a garment bag and all hand bags come with a duster bag.
